Meeting and saying farewell to 6 delegations supporting Binh Duong in Covid-19 fight

On the afternoon of September 29, provincial Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control met and said farewell to 6 delegations supporting the province in Covid-19 prevention and control at provincial Convention and Exhibition Center.

Nguyen Van Loc, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of provincial Fatherland Front Committee awards the certificates of merit from provincial People's Committee to outstanding individuals in supporting the local fight against Covid-19 pandemic

The event was attended by Nguyen Van Loc, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Truong Thi Bich Hanh, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda-Education Commission and leaders of a number of departments and sectors in the province.

These delegations, including Hai Duong University of Medical Technology with 209 members, Nghe An province’s delegation with 60 members, Phu Tho province’s delegation with 52 members, Thanh Hoa province’s delegation with 36 members, Quang Tri province’s delegation with 33 members and Vinmec Times City International Hospital’s delegation with 12 members arrived in Binh Duong to support the local Covid-19 prevention and control over the past 2 months. They did not mind hardships, volunteering to the “hot spots” of the pandemic to support the local health sector in treating patients at field hospitals, conducting rapid antigen tests in the community...

On behalf of the local Party, government and people, Mr. Loc sent his deep thanks to these 6 delegations. During difficult times, Binh Duong received support in terms of medical human resources from neighboring localities. Overcoming difficulties and dangers, doctors and nurses from neighboring localities uphold their voluntary spirit with the desire of helping Binh Duong soon contain and repel the pandemic. The local Party, government and people have always respected this help.

On this occasion, provincial People's Committee awarded more than 70 certificates of merit to outstanding collectives and individuals of these delegations with excellent achievements in the process of supporting the local fight against Covid-19 pandemic, and gave gratitude gifts to all members of these delegations.
