On Nov 17, Standing Committee of Provincial Fatherland Front sent an official dispatch to religious organizations in Binh Duong province about the organization of memorial ceremony for compatriots and soldiers who sacrificed and died during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Accordingly, the province will hold memorial ceremon for more than 2,500 compatriots and officers who sacrificed and died during the Covid-19, time from 8.00pm to 8.30pm on November 19 (taking place concurrently with the memorial ceremony organized by the Central Committee and Ho Chi Minh City Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front, which will be broadcast live on VTV1 channel of Vietnam Television).

Provincial Fatherland Front Committee asked religious organizations, dignitaries, and monks in the province to respond and take part in the memorial ceremony; at the same time, to instruct religious organizations and worship facilities affiliated to their respective religions to participate in the ceremony and organize memorial activities with traditional rituals of each religion at religious establishments in forms of online or offline ceremonies after the joint memorial time organized by the Central Committee and the Provincial Committee of Fatherland Front.
