Binh Duong Club of Importers and Exporters just coordinated with Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong Department of Customs, and Association of Taiwanese entrepreneurs to hold a conference to disseminate regulations and answer questions on customs procedures and C/O issuance for over 300 enterprises located in Binh Duong Province.At the conference, Binh Duong Provincial Department of Customs introduced some new features of customs procedures, inspection and supervision of the customs under Circular No. 128/2013/TTBTC which comes into force from November 1, 2013.The Department also introduced new features of Laws on Tax Management and Decree No. 83/2013/ND-CP.In the dialogue, representative of VCCI and Department of Customs listened to and elaborate the questions raised up at the conference.Many other enterprise enquiries have been answered in writing.Reported by T.
