*The Trade Union of Chi Hung Co.Ltd. has just organized the 2017 conference for staff. At the conference, the company’s Trade Union Executive Committee and Directorate signed a collective labor deal with useful contents for laborers. The deal will take effect within 3 years since the date of signing. During the realization process, it will be adjusted in line with each year’s conditions on production and business.

*As a wholly foreign invested company, Doanh Duc is specialized in manufacturing wooden items for export. The company now has a total of 800 laborers, 95.5% of whom are trade unionists. The average income of the company’s laborers is around VND5million per person per month. Over the past five years, the company’s Trade Union spent more than VND940million on taking care of trade unionists.
