Leaders of Binh Duong provincial Department of Information and Communications award flowers congratulating on people using non-cash payment services on resolving administrative procedures at Department of Justice in the morning of December 22
Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Lai Xuan Thanh, Director of Department of Information and Communications, said that the non-cash payment for administrative procedures is being implemented by Binh Duong provincial People's Committee. From July 2020, the Department of Information and Communications has coordinated with Binh Duong provincial People's Committee advisory units to promote non-cash payments, specifically, direct payment at the one-stop counter to provide support services and support people to transact at non-cash one-stop counters through international standard scanning codes (QR Code) by EMVCo standards without depending on any electronic payment service provider. By a single code on receipt, people can use e-wallets and banking applications to scan and make payments.
Currently, the provincial public service portal allows citizens and businesses to pay for administrative procedures through VNPT Pay's services at: https://dichvucong.binhduong.gov.vn. In the coming time, Binh Duong provincial Public Service Portal will continue to upgrade to provide a scanning code according to international standards and add a number of other payment methods to help people and businesses diversify their choice of electronic payment services.
At the announcement ceremony, the delegates heard reports on online payment on the provincial public service portal and non-cash payments on shared electronic one-stop software. They also listened to reality experiences of non-cash payment services when handling administrative procedures at the Provincial Administrative Center to many people and businesses.
