Early November 24, Ben Cat city’s People’s Committee held a conference to announce information about the North An Tay and East An Tay Urban Area projects.
The North An Tay Urban Area project covers an area of 70 hectares in Ben Cat city’s An Tay ward. The project is strategically located near key routes such as DT.744, DH609 and the planned belt road No. 4. The East An Tay Urban Area project covers more than 288 hectares, extending across An Tay ward and Phu An commune.
The two projects are planned to include apartment complexes, townhouses with mixed-use functionality and facilities for commercial and service purposes such as offices, shopping centers, supermarkets and restaurants. Additionally, they will feature educational infrastructure facilities, including preschools, primary schools and secondary schools as well as healthcare facilities and public amenities like parks, green spaces, creating an ideal, safe and environmentally friendly living environment. At the conference, the local residents voiced their opinions on issues related to land clearance and compensation. On this occasion, leaders of the city and investors presented 70 gifts to residents facing difficult circumstances in Phu An commune and An Tay ward. Additionally, they handed over VND 140 million to the local "For the Poor" Fund.
