North Tan Uyen present health insurance cards to disadvantaged women

Thanks to "Piggybank-raising" model launched by North Tan Uyen District Women's Union, 78 women, who are female officials and members with difficult circumstances at the grassroots in the district, received health insurance cards by the district Women's Union with a total value of over VND 58 million.

On this occasion, North Tan Uyen Women's Union also held a talk on domestic violence prevention and control; prevention of violence against children in order for female cadres and members to raised awareness of gender equality and domestic violence prevention and control; thereby doing well the work and implementing gender equality work effectively. This was also an opportunity for women to exchange information on gender equality and domestic violence prevention and control; prevention of violence against children.
