Offering sale of land plots in Uyen Hung trade-residential area

Binh Duong Construction Consultant Investment Joint Stock Company (Biconsi) continues offering the sale of land plots in Tan Uyen town-based trade-residential area today, Dec.8.

On this batch, the area’s block O, including 50 land plots, is sold for the first time, priced at VND3.9mln-VND5.4mln a square meter. Other blocks F, J, Q, P, O, T, U, V, X and V are also on sale at VND2.7mln-VND16.7mln a square meter with 90-289 square meters per plot.

Land buyers will be offered promotional policies from the company. There will be a 1% reduction on the total value of contact paid within 30 days. The reduction will be also applied for clients who used to buy products of the company and those who are officials and civil servants at province-based State agencies.

Payment must be implemented within 4 months. Land buyers will pay VND50mln as a deposit on a land plot and then pay 40% of the contact value within 20 days from the date of the first payment being made.
