Early January 16, provincial Industrial Parks’ Trade Union held a conference to review its activities and honor outstanding collectives, individuals in 2014.
The activities of the Trade Union last year reached positive results. As of now, 329 out of 350 province-based enterprises with trade union locals have made working regulations, adjusted wage scales and payrolls; there have also been 217 enterprises signing collective labor deals…The Trade Union also sped up law dissemination among trade unionists.
In 2015, the Trade Union will further focus on taking care of laborers’ lives, protecting their legitimate rights and interests; innovate its operational contents and forms for better quality.
On this occasion, the Trade Union also honored outstanding collectives and individuals in 2014. Particularly, 3 collectives and 9 individuals were awarded the certificates of merit of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; 4 enterprises with the emulation banners of provincial Labor Union; 57 collectives and 303 individuals with the certificates of merit of provincial Labor Union; 526 individuals and 1,997 collectives with the certificates of merit of provincial Industrial Parks’ Trade Union.
*On the morning of the same day, the Trade Union of Ben Cat town-based Industrial Parks also forwarded a conference to review its activities in 2014 and define orientations, tasks through 2015.
The Trade Union approved the report of the results of 2014’s tasks on protecting laborers’ legitimate rights and interests, taking care of their lives, making law dissemination among them…and orientations, tasks through 2015.
At the conference, the Trade Union of town-based Industrial Parks was awarded the emulation banner as a top unit in the emulation group 2014 while honoring 222 outstanding and individuals in 2014.
