The Party bloc reported model individuals and groups in the first 9 months of the year during movement of “studying and following Ho Chi Minh moral example.”

By active responses, awareness about the movement was enhanced through practical work. As a result, units of the bloc have accomplished and exceeded their plans and targets. Some enterprises made outstanding achievements with major meaningful projects promoting socio-economic development.
