People’s satisfaction rate to reach over 80%

According to statistics from the civil servant evaluation software at provincial Public Civic Center, there were 15,228 votes, the overall satisfaction rate reached 82%.
PPC installed the civil servant evaluation software on tablets before booths of each civil servants receiving and returning dossiers. This has helped the people and businesses to give opinions on working attitude of civil servants; and measured the satisfaction rate to public services.
