Ministry of Finance has just issued Circular No. 175/2010/TT-BTC to amend and supplement Circular No. 84/2008/TT-BTC dated on September 30, 2008 on guiding some articles of law on personal income tax.

 For dossiers directly submitted to Tax Agency, the time of tax code issuing does not exceed 3 working days from the date the dossiers are fully declared. For the same dossiers submitted through post offices the time is within 2 working days after date of receipt.

 As for dossiers submitted to Tax Agency of lower levels the time will be within 5 working days for direct submit and 3 working days for indirect submit through the post office.
