Photo exhibition to mark National Day opens

On the occasion of the 74^th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day, provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism kicked off a photo exhibition and an awards ceremony of the 3^rd “Binh Duong’s land and people” contest 2019 at provincial Center for Culture and Fine Arts, in attendance of Bui Huu Toan, Deputy Head of provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda and Education Commission together with representatives of sectors and departments in the province.

The exhibition featured 16 art works and 62 photographic ones on Binh Duong this year. They also won prizes at provincial and regional contests. The awards ceremony of the “Binh Duong’s land and people” contest was also held with 25 prizes in terms of prose, poetry and music for outstanding individuals. Particularly, first prize in poetry went to Le Thi Bach Hue while first prize in prose belonged to Phan Duc Nam. Mai Quang, Nguyen Phuong and Truong Phan were awarded second prizes in music. There was no first prize in this form.
