Phu Giao district heightens the quality of cadres and civil servants

During the first 10 months of 2014, Phu Giao district People’s Committee deployed 10 training courses for civil servants at commune level in order to enhance standards, meeting requirements of civil servant standardization.

At the present, 144 cadres of commune level has professional qualification of junior college or higher, 134 cadres has political qualification of junior college or higher, and 88 cadres meeting required standards.

Phu Giao People’s Committee has also deployed code of conduct of civil servants working at local government. Thereby, cadres have been improved awareness of sense of responsibility, people serving, and organizing.
