Mr. Nguyen Duc Tien, Chairman of Phu Giao District Veterans’ Association, said to implement well this movement, in the last 5 years, the association and branches had performed many programs, like establishing and managing 50 credit groups, granting a total loan of nearly VND47.5 billion; disbursed over VND4.2 billion from its fund for 348 members to start up their business.
