Phu Giao marks Vietnam Trade Union’s 89th anniversary

Phu Giao district’s Labor Union has just grandly held a get-together to mark the 89^th founding anniversary of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929-July 28, 2018).

The Vietnam Trade Union has constantly grown up after 89 years of foundation and development. The district’s Labor Union has also always improved both in its operational content and form, protecting laborers’ legitimate rights and interests. Especially, over the past six months, the district’s Labor Union helped trade unionists get more than VND1billion in loan for economic development; visited and presented 200 gifts to workers with difficult circumstances; recommended 120 outstanding trade unionists to the Communist Party of Vietnam…

On this occasion, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded the emulation banner to the district’s Labor Union for its excellent achievements in laborers’ movements and Trade Union activities last year. The district’s Labor Union also teamed up with the district’s People’s Committee to honor 39 outstanding workers in 2018; awarded prizes of the “contest for charming and talent employees” 2018 to winners.
