Elite unionists have been introduced to the party cells.

In the 2005-2010 tenure the work of Party building gained positive changes with improvement of the provincial party committee’s leadership capacity.

Central regulations excelled

Right after the 8th provincial party congress, the provincial party committee steered party cells at all levels and mass bodies to supplement working regulations, to map out concrete action plans relating to fields of economy, socio-culture, defense-security, social order, to build clean and strong party cells and so on. All level party cells excelled resolutions of the Politburo, Central Party Executive Board and applied goals of the resolutions in conformity with every locality.

Therefore, despite difficulties, the province still excelled crucial targets, creating impetus for overall development in the locality. Besides, all level party cells boosted implementation of the mobilization of “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples” among cadres, armed forces.

Quantity and quality improved

The work of building clean and strong Party cells and enhancing the quality of cadres and party members has been attention by the local party committee. Of this, upholding democracy in party activity, implementing criticism and self-criticism, reinforcing internal solidarity and raising quality of party cells have been interested thoroughly.

Categorizing and honoring party cells and party members has been ensured closely and paid attention to quality. System of party cells has increased in quantity and ensured in quality.

Work of cadre planning and training has been implemented regularly and intensively. Since early this term, as many as 16,798 cadres have been trained and fostered at all levels.

Overall, the provincial cadre force has improved their political stuff and morality. Work of Party inspection and discipline has been conducted seriously, contributing to excel political tasks and Party building in the province.

The entire province has so far had 515 grassroot party committees, up 67 ones from early the term. Work of developing new party members has been paid attention constantly. This tenure has developed 6,127 new party members, totaling the provincial party committee’s party members up to 25,268.
