On March 18, Nguyen Hoang Thao, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, chaired a meeting of Project 02 Steering Committee on the preparation for the Project 02 preliminary conference and the launch of "Civilized Saturday". At the meeting, delegates approved the plan to organize the "Civilized Saturday". Members of the Project 02 Steering Committee and representatives of localities expressed their opinions on difficulties and obstacles related to funding, apparatus, and project implementation; recommended and proposed adjustments to some indicators of the project.

Speaking at the meeting, Thao noted that Project 02 on "Mass mobilization to participate in building a cultural and civilized lifestyle in Binh Duong province, period 2021-2025" needs to maximize multi-role of mass mobilization work.
