Provincial Civil Servants Trade Union held its congress for the 2013 and 2018 tenure on Dec. 24 and 25.

In the last tenure, provincial Civil Servants Trade Union and its affiliates admitted additional 1,132 trade unionists. As of late November, 2012, provincial Civil Servants Trade Union had 51 trade union locals with 4,929 members. Provincial Civil Servant Trade Union also paid attention to taking care of the livelihood of civil servants and officials via many substantial activities. There were 45 out of 51 trade union locals implementing the loan-rotating program with more than VND740mln mobilized monthly. The congress elected an executive board of provincial Civil Servants Trade Union for the 2013 and 2018 tenure with 17 members. Nguyen Thanh Tich was re-elected as chairman of provincial Civil Servants Trade Union in the new tenure.
