Provincial Customs Department continues well realizing solutions to improve investment climate

In the remaining months of 2016, provincial Customs Department will continue effectively carrying out solutions for the Project on enhancing provincial-level competitive capacity, thereby improving the local investment climate to absorb more investors at home and abroad. The department will also coordinate with relevant agencies to step by step raise provincial competitive index (PCI), helping Binh Duong become one of the country’s top localities in provincial-level competitive capacity in the next years.

Since early this year, the department has promulgated numerous solutions to further enhance PCI. Accordingly, the department has continued boosting administrative reform; effectively tapped and used the VGACCS/VCIS system, the national one-door mechanism and software applications in State administration regarding customs. The department has also implemented a model on concentrated goods check with container scanners and modern equipment at ICD Song Than when realizing customs procedures.
