Early July 31st, provincial Education and Propaganda Committee held a get-together celebrating the 83rd Traditional Day of Education and Propaganda sector (August 1st 1930 – 2013). Officials of the sector reviewed milestones and achievements of the 83-year history. Head of provincial Education and Propaganda Committee Mr. Nguyen Minh Giao awarded medals to cadres contributing greatly to the sector In the time coming, the sector will intensify broad propaganda of Marxism – Leninism and Ho Chi Minh ideology; the Party’s credo, guidelines and policies, State laws; regular education of revolutionary ideals, political thought, self-discipline, morality and life style for cadres, Party members; learning and following uncle Ho’s moral example among Party units and people. To accomplish these goals, propaganda and education sector keeps innovating contents and methods of propaganda; building-up qualified teams of reporters, propagandists; strengthening coordination among propaganda units; enhancing leadership of the Party, State; key role of propaganda units, Fatherland Front and unions. Also on this occasion, the provincial Education and Propaganda Committee awarded 24 medals to cadres contributing significantly to the sector’s activities.
