Provincial leader visits, inspects Kien An forest historical site

On July 5, Dang Minh Hung, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee together with leaders of sectors and departments in the province carried out an inspection tour at Kien An forest historical site in Dau Tieng district’s An Lap commune, which was approved by provincial People’s Committee at the Decision No.2034/QD-UBND dated July 27, 2012 and invested by provincial Projects Management Board.

The work was completed and put into operation in 2015. Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (DoCST) is responsible for displaying and popularizing the work. So far, it has had an art exhibition area on great holidays and political-cultural events.

Upholding the value of the historical site, provincial DoCST has coordinated with relevant units to well realize propaganda work on the mass media; design “return-to-the root” trips; mobilize students, pupils, people and relevant organizations to visit the historical site in association with “when drinking water, remember its source” activities…
