Early August 18, provincial National Assembly (NA) Deputy Delegation’s supervisory delegation, led by Nguyen Thi Ngoc Xuan, Deputy Head of provincial NA Deputy Delegation, had a working session with Di An city about the local implementation of administrative reform and digital transformation.

Reporting to the supervisory delegation, Pham Van Bay, Acting Chairman of Di An city’s People's Committee said that the city’s People's Committee has directed the whole city to promote the service of receiving documents at home via public postal services. The "one-stop” shop units of the city and wards have effectively applied the utilities of Binh Duong public service page, email, Zalo groups to provide advice and guide people how to learn administrative procedures, submit online dossiers, thereby creating favorable conditions for people to limit traveling, avoiding crowded situations. As a result, in 2021 and 7 months of 2022, there were 3,163 dossiers for online public services at levels 3 and 4 received via provincial Public Service Portal.
At the session, Di An city proposed to fix the inaccessibility of provincial Public Service Portal and electronic one-stop system so that online registration can be done easily, avoiding long waits; strengthen direction, organize training courses to digitize dossiers and implement the Government’s Decree No. 42/2022/ND-CP dated June 24, 2022 on providing information and online public services…
The supervisory delegation recognized the efforts by Di An city in administrative reform and digital transformation while carefully studying problems in digital transformation to advise the province on solutions for better implementation in the coming time.
