Provincial NA to collect feedbacks on drafts of Veterinary Law, Labor Safety and Hygiene Law

Morning March 26^th, provincial NA delegation’s Deputy Chief Mr. Huynh Ngoc Dang chaired the conference to collect feedbacks on drafts of Veterinary Law, Labor Safety and Hygiene Law. 

Regarding Veterinary Law draft, representatives contributed opinions on issues relating to veterinary bodies system, prohibited behaviors, epidemic prevention in animals, regulations on diseased animals destroying…

According to some participants, veterinary bodies system from central to commune level should be prescribed in detail; regulations on professional training need to be completed.

Regarding Labor Safety and Hygiene Law draft, delegates agreed expand scope of objects to all labors, and suggested some specific regulations enactment for areas without labor relations.

On behalf of provincial NA delegation, Mr. Huynh Ngoc Dang noted opinions of the participants. Provincial NA delegation will aggregate all opinions to submit to the 9^th session of the 13^th NA.
