He extended best regards to musician Lu Nhat Vu and poet Le Giang while presenting gifts to them on the occasion of the 48th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30), International Labor Day (May 1) and the 133rd birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19).
