Provincial People's Council consider and give comments on non-disbursed capital still in the budget

On June 17, at the Provincial Administrative Center, Standing Committee of Provincial People's Council held its ninth session to consider and give comments on the use of capital savings of the provincial public investment plan 2021. Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, chaired the meeting.

The meeting approved reports and verification on the use of capital savings of the provincial public investment plan 2021. Accordingly, in 2021, the provincial allocated fund for public investment plan was estimated to be VND 10,150 billion, total disbursed capital was VND 6,085 billion, the budget for projects that were allowed to be extended was VND 3,630 billion; total capital not disbursed was 435 billion. The meeting agreed with the recommendation of the Provincial People's Committee on the non-disbursed capital in 2021 that is still in the provincial budget VND 435 billion. Specifically, this amount VND 130 billion will be allocated for important projects; the remaining VND 305 billion will be allocated to salary reform fund as prescribed.

Concluding the meeting, Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong agreed with reports and verifications of the Economic - Budget Commission; and would report this at the coming Provincial People's Council’s meeting to agree on the use of capital savings of the provincial public investment plan 2021.
