Provincial People's Council Standing Committee considers some contents for year-end session

Early September 8, provincial People's Council Standing Committee held a meeting to consider and give contributive ideas to a number of contents within its competence. Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong, Vice-Chairwoman of provincial People's Council chaired the meeting.

At the meeting, provincial People's Council Standing Committee considered and approved 3 contents on the regulation of revenue decentralization, spending tasks, percentage of revenue distribution between the State budget sources of local authorities at all levels in the period of State budget stability between 2023 and 2025; regulations on public library fees in the province; promulgated regulations on protection of the State secrets of provincial People's Council; approved the verification report of the Economic - Budget Department and the Legal Department. Concluding the meeting, Mrs. Phuong suggested relevant sectors to quickly set up contents, implement the prescribed orders and procedures to promptly submit them to provincial People's Council at the year-end session. For the issue related to the name of the public library fee, functional sectors need to edit and carefully prepare appropriate contents in accordance with the provisions of the law...
