On September 24th, provincial People’s Committee Chairman Huynh Van Nhi presided at the meeting with Labor – War Invalids and Social Affairs Department, provincial Industrial park’s Management Board, VSIP Industrial park’s Management Board. At the meeting, agencies presented enterprises’ feedbacks regarding exertion of governmental Decree 95/2013/ND-CP dated August 22nd 2013 in terms of sanction against administrative violations in field of labor, social insurance and transferring Vietnamese labors to work in foreign countries; Decree 102/2013/ND-CP dated September 5th 2013 detailing implementation of Labor Law in field of foreign labors working in Vietnam.Mr. Nhi said that these Decree had to be implemented seriously as well as flexibly to create advantageous conditions for related parties.
