In the morning of January 22, representatives of the religions in the province came to wish the provincial leaders the new year on the occasion of Lunar New Year 2019. Receiving delegations, there were  Tran Van Nam, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief Provincial Assembly Delegation;  Nguyen Thanh Liem, Standing Member, Chairman of Vietnam Provincial Fatherland Front Committee;  Nguyen Van Loc, Standing Member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee;  Dang Minh Hung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of the provincial People's Council leaders and related departments and agencies.

At the New Year's greetings, Venerable Thich Hue Thong, Head of the Provincial Committee for Buddhist Religious Affairs, expressed the joy of Buddhism to the socio-economic achievements that the province has achieved in the past year; at the same time, thank the provincial leaders for always paying attention to creating favorable conditions for Buddhist activities in the locality and sending health wishes to leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

Tran Van Nam highly appreciated the role of religions in general, Buddhism in particular has contributed positively to the development of the province, especially in the patriotic and social charity emulation movements in the locality. .

The representative of Phu Cuong diocese and Bishop Nguyen Tan Tuoc on behalf of the Catholic compatriots in the province expressed their excitement at the development of the province and believed in the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Committee, Vietnam Provincial Fatherland Front Committee. The bishop thanked the provincial leaders for creating all favorable conditions for Catholic activities in the province in the past time and wishing the provincial leaders new health and success.
