The 2013 provincial Summer Volunteer Youth Campaign was launched in early June. So far, the province’s volunteer youth squads together with the local Youth Unions have made 500 meters of rural traffic roads; provided free medical check-ups and medicine for 150 poor people; built houses of compassion…with the participation of more than 1,000 youths.

During the period, many volunteer youth squads were also set up in communes, wards and townships to focus on 4 main programs of the campaign: “Urban civilization”, “Traffic culture”, “New rural construction”, “Giving strength in exam season” and “For a green environment”.
