Sora Gardens - the highlight of urban Binh Duong

On March 24^th, Becamex Tokyu Joint Venture Company organized a ceremony to transfer high-end apartments of Sora Gardens located on Hung Vuong avenue, Hoa Phu ward, TDM City. Central Party Member cum provincial Party Secretary Mr. Mai The Trung; provincial Party Deputy Secretary cum PPC’s Chairman Mr. Tran Van Nam; Becamex Tokyu’s CEO… attended the ceremony.

Sora Gardens located in the overall Becamex Tokyu urban area consists of 2 parallel towers with 24 floors decorated with Japanese style and integrated with many utilities, such as: swimming pools, rooftop gardens, restaurants, garages…

The Sora Gardens comprises 406 apartments. Each apartment has a private space with an average area of 72 - 92m2 including living room, 2 bedrooms, dining room and kitchen. The 4^th and 24^th floor also have five-star guest rooms.

Becamex Tokyu’s CEO Mr. Nataka expressed gratitude to provincial leadership and agencies for their support for the project completion to transfer apartments to customers on time.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Van Nam praised the investor’s efforts, which has contributed to the sustainable development of Binh Duong province. He also urged the investor to continue with licensed next projects. Provincial leaders and agencies will create favorable conditions for the company to realize projects.
