Special allowances paid to medical staffs and volunteers

To timely pay special allowances, Binh Duong provincial Department of Finance has just issued document on special allowances for medical staffs and volunteers working in the field of vaccination against COVID-19.

Accordingly, Department of Finance agreed with Department of Health on the funding resources to pay the specific allowances when administering the COVID-19 vaccines according to the current budget decentralization. Specifically, provincial-level units of Center for Disease Control, General Hospital, Rehabilitation Hospital, and Center for Reproductive Health Care are balanced from funding sources for performing non-expenditure tasks regularly beyond the 2021 estimation to the provincial Center for Disease Control. For districts, towns and cities, it is the district level budget for COVID-19 prevention and control.

The provincial and district level units are to pay the allowances as per regulations and amounts based on actual vaccination and self-responsibility.
