Specialized survey on administrative procedure reform in residence registration and management

On March 27, a specialized survey team of Provincial People's Council's Legal Department led by Dau Duc Cuong, Deputy Head of the Department, worked with Khanh Binh Ward Police and Tan Phuoc Khanh Ward Police (Tan Uyen City) on the reform of administrative procedures of registration and management of local residence.

At the survey, representatives of Khanh Binh Ward Police and Tan Phuoc Khanh Ward Police reported results of administrative procedure reform related to residence registration and management in 2023 and the first months of 2024. Accordingly, the two local police made many efforts in reforming administrative procedures, contributing to saving time, effort, and cutting costs for citizens; At the same time, it helps State agencies manage more effectively in the field of residence.

Survey team members discussed with representatives of the two localities about residence registration and management for people living in shared houses, self-divided plots for sale, and spontaneous handwriting; At the same time, record and discuss problems and difficulties in the two wards.
