Stepping up measures to ensure order and security during Tet
Provincial People’s Committee Chairman Tran Van Nam has just issued an official dispatch on stepping up measures to combat crime and assure order-security before, during and after the 2015 Tet (Lunar New Year) festival, beginning from January 6 to March 25, 2015.
Accordingly, Mr.Nam has instructed leaders of sectors, mass organizations and the People’s Committees of districts, towns and city to take measures against crime in a synchronous and drastic way, mobilize the comprehensive strength of the community for the fight against crime, boost patrols and give strict punishment for infringements on traffic safety, ensure order in public places, prevent illegal motorbike races…
They have also been ordered to jointly realize the Government’s Decree No.77/2010/ND-CP dated July 12, 2010 on coordination between the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defence in the task of maintaining national security, social order-safety…
