Sustainable production and business development of non-state enterprises having Party cells

In 2015-2020 tenure, all-level Party committees and authorities have well implemented Program No. 16-CTr/TU of Provincial Party Committee on constructing and developing Party cells and socio-political organizations within non-state enterprises and Plan number 65-KH/TU of Provincial Party Committee on construction of Party cells in local industrial clusters and hubs.

Effective enterprise operations

The Party cell of Thai Binh Investment JSC at An Binh Ward in Di An Town is one of the models excelling in leadership of the Party in professional tasks. In 1998, the company was a non-state enterprise in Di An City to start up a Party cell within its organization. Up to date, the company has up to 200 Party members within its Party cell to direct the Party development in unity with production and business operations as well as taking good care for working people.

Nguyen Thi Vui, the Secretary of Thai Binh Investment JSC informed that her Party cell and the company’s directors have facilitated Party operations and promoted creativity, especially the modelling and leading role of Party members during the working process. It has been highlighted that all Party members have voluntarily hel great responsibilities for commanding managerial matters to create high unity of the system.

“The company’s Party cell is very resourceful in terms of admission and organization of political sandwich courses for elite employees to improve awareness of Party’s ideology to stay firm and fulfill all assignments,”said Nguyen Thi Vui.

Various non-state enterprises having their Party cells showed more effective operations including Dai Thien Loc JSC. Under specific policies and measures, the company’s Party cell has led its unions to work effectively, contributing to fulfill criteria raised by the cell, Board of Management, Board of Directors while affirming the best role of comprehensive development of its staffs and employees.

Good practical ways

In reality, Party cells in non-state enterprises have significantly contributed to effective and stable operations of enterprises. The enterprises have created over 1 million jobs to working people from in and out side the province. One of the specific and effective measures to develop Party oragnization within non-state enterprises was that the provincial authority has helped establish Party cells in industrial clusters and hubs. Up to date, Binh Duong province has set up Party cells of Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park, Vientam-Singapore Industrial Park, Song Thanh Industrial Park, and My Phuoc Industrial Park. Those are considered as new ways making premises for facilitating the development of Party members, Party cells, and unions in enterprises. Besides, at localities of Thuan An city, Di An city, Tan Uyen town, and Ben Cat town, Party membership has been well deployed by Program 16-CTr/TU of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee.

Tran Cam Hong, permanent Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee for Block of Agencies and Enterprises informed of plans and directive board establishment as the Program 16-CTr/TU is available so as to refine and supplement staffs and to assign tasks to members. The standing committee of the block has consulted with and help Party organizations and related unions to review operations of the Party organization and unions within enterprises as well as the Party members working within the enterprises sos as to plan for organization construction and developing Party members. Referring to flexible, proactive, and creative command of Provincial Party Committee and to Program 16-CTr/TU of Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the block has disseminated information to improve awareness of all-level Party cells, of the staffs, Party members, and socio-political organizations regarding the policies and significance of constructing and developing Party organizations and socio-political organizations within non-state enterprises. Enterprise owners are educated to understand the role and benefits establishing and running Party and socio-political organizations within enterprises.

Ngo Ngoc Diep, the permanent Deputy Secretary of Di An city Party Committee the construction and development of Party organizations in non-state enterprises are vital to the construction of Party and local political system, contributing to the construction of working class in the new stage. The development of Party and unions within enterprises also bring about higher effectiveness of production and business operations, meeting the development requirements the enterprises and assuring lives of working people.

Ngo Ngoc Diep also affirmed of stable security, developed production, and sustainable business operations within enterprises having strong Party cells and unions. For the time to come, Di An city Party Committee will continue to lead and enhance the dissemination and mobilization of enterprise owners to understand the close attachment of benefits for enterprises and working people, creating the consensus and promoting role of the Party in enterprises. In the meantime, the local city Party Committee will also enhance its leadership, inspection, supervision, and management of Party members to improve Party staffs within non-state enterprises.
