TDM City People’s Committee to implement friendly government and workplace

Provincial Department of Home Affairs had a meeting with TDM City People’s Committee on the implementation of friendly government and workplace.

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dung - Head of Government developing division under Department of Home Affairs – informed contents of developing friendly government and workplace according to Plan No 3408 of PPC.

Accordingly, TDM City People’s Committee devised plans to implement this model, including setting up slogan boards about developing friendly government and workplace; plans for meetings with people, publishing phone numbers of local leadership, procedures of administrative records, fees; establishing suggestion mailbox at offices of People’s Committee.

The friendly government and workplace development must ensure 5 mottos of knowing: how to hear people talk, how to talk with people, how to convince people, how to thank people, and how to apologize people; 3 shows of: respect for people, politeness while handling people’s affairs, closeness in relationships, promptness, effectiveness while executing tasks…

The construction of "Friendly government of, by, and for the people” and "Friendly workplace for people serving” was to innovative working style of officials of administrative agencies, governmental bodies at all levels; change into friendly government being close to the people, of the people, by the people and for the people.
