Tet gifts for poor children

On the end-year days, members of Dau Tieng district’s Skill Club has got involved in making handicrafts to raise fund, presenting Tet gifts for children with difficult circumstances.

The club’s program making handicrafts to raise fund, offering gifts to poor children on the Tet (Lunar New Year) festival 2018 has been begun since December. Tran Thi Minh Thu, Head of the club said that the program’s products this year are designed very beautifully with the selling price of between VND10,000 and VND30,000 each. The club is expected to give 16 Tet gifts worth VND500,000 each for poor children. Besides, the club will use the program’s fund to take care of children on International Children’s Day and other holidays.

This is the fourth year the club has implemented the program. The club will also organize many other significant activities, aiming to bring more gifts to children with difficult circumstances.
