The 10th Binh Duong Provincial Party Congress (2015-2020 tenure) (preparatory session)

On Oct 25^th, the plenary session in preparation for the 10^th Binh Duong Provincial Party Congress (2015-2020 tenure) took place at the hall of Provincial Convention and Exhibition Center in Hoa Phu ward, TDM City. Participants of the session were 350 delegates representing 37,451 Party members/ 588 Party organizations under 16 Party committees, including 55 incumbent Provincial Party Committee’s members and 295 delegates elected from subordinate congresses.

Nguyen Tan Quyen, Member of Central Party Committee cum Deputy Chief of Central Inspection Commission, and representatives of Central Party Commissions and Central Party’s Office attended the preparatory session.

Speaking at the session, Mai The Trung, Member of Central Party Committee, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Head of Provincial NA’s delegation, stressed: “As the highest leading body of Provincial Party Committee with responsibilities to the Party and all people strata, we will do our best to promote intelligence, sense of responsibility, and solidarity in order for the Congress to successfully achieve all required purposes”.

At the preparatory session, the Congress elected the Congress Presidium comprising 11 members and led by Nguyen Minh Giao, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of Provincial Propaganda and Training Committee; Delegate Examining Board comprising 3 members and led by Nguyen Hoang Chau, Member of Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of Provincial Party Inspection Commission.

Delegates also voted and approved the agenda of the Congress; Bylaws and Regulations and Election Regulations of the Congress.
