The 16th session of the 8th tenure provincial People's Council to end 

Morning July 17^th, the 16^th session of the 8^th tenure provincial People's Council continued its last working day. Mr. Pham Van Canh, Deputy Secretary of provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of provincial People's Council, chaired the meeting.

Mr. Mai Son Dung, Director of provincial Department of Home Affairs, continued to answer questions pertaining to administrative procedures reform. Mr. Tran Van Nam, Chairman of provincial People's Committee, explained representatives and constituents’ opinions, put forward many key solutions to successfully implement socioeconomic development plans in the last 6 months, and approved 7 important resolutions.

Mr. Pham Van Canh, Deputy Secretary of provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of provincial People's Council, stressed, answers of departments, agencies satisfied required contents; questioning and answering were straightforward, democratic, useful for solving social issues.

The session reviewed, appreciated socioeconomic development achievements and State budget collection of the first 6 months. The session also acknowledged existing shortcomings in some fields; and proposed several major solutions to improve business environment, enhance provincial competitive capability to attract investments, especially, conduct comprehensively and effectively measures to remove difficulties for economic growth.
