The 5th Congress of Vietnamese Red Cross of Dau Tieng district held

On November 17, the Red Cross of Dau Tieng district held the 5th district Congress of Vietnamese Red Cross of 2021-2026 tenure with attendance of 91 official delegates.

During the last term, the Red Cross of Dau Tieng district continued to be consolidated and developed. Many activities and movements have been effectively implemented and have achieved many positive results. The total value of social work activities during the term reached nearly VND 49 billion. The Congress elected 21 members to the Executive Committee for the new term and elected 19 official delegates and 2 alternates to attend the superior general meeting. Ms. Ngo Thi Xuyen, Chairwoman of the district Red Cross for the fourth term, was re-elected as the Chairwoman of Red Cross of Dau Tieng district in the fifth term.

On the ocassion, the provincial Red Cross assisted Dau Tieng district Red Cross to implement charitable works of VND 450 million.
