The Party's mass mobilization in 2017 achieves good changes and to be deepened

On February 5, provincial Party Mass Mobilization Commission held a sum-up ceremony of public relation works in 2017; Pham Van Canh, Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Council, attended and chaired the meeting.

In 2017, the Party's mass mobilization continued to gain positive changes and was deepened; especially governmental public administration has step by step contributed significantly to the administrative procedure reform, forming behaviors, improving working style, raising awareness and attitude to serve the people in the direction of being close and friendly to the people.

Mass mobilization in the armed forces was enhanced with more practical contents. Specifically, Party Committee of Provincial Military Command stepped up the enforcement of democratic regulations in the people's armed forces; collaborated with functional branches in encouraging people to implement the Party's guidelines and the State's on national defense and security. Party Committee of Provincial Police collaborated with Provincial Party Mass Mobilization Commission to instruct district police to organize forum "Police listen to people's opinions"; Implement Ministry of Public Security’s Directive on "Strengthening mass mobilization works of Public Security Forces in the new situation”. Fatherland Front Committees and other socio-political organizations continued to pay attention, strengthen the apparatus, review and evaluate patriotic emulation movements, the "smart mass mobilization" movement.

Governmental mass mobilization continued to have good changes, in which the authorities at all levels focused on expanding the model of "Friendly government of the people, by the people, for the people” and "Friendly office for the people"; Grassroots reconciliation teams received and processed 815 complaints and disputes (84%); legal aid teams and clubs assisted 549 legal cases and advised 619 legal cases. Some localities piloted direct dialogue between heads of Party committees and administrations at all levels with local people, contributing to the building of a strong political system, strengthening solidarity, people's belief in the Party and State...

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Canh affirmed that mass mobilization of the political system in 2017 had gained many good changes, achieved important results, in which the focus was on the implementation of Resolution 25 of the 11th Central Party Committee on "Strengthening and renewing the Party leadership towards mass mobilization in the new situation". Mr. Canh urged, in the coming time, he Party committees, authorities, localities and units continue to enhance governmental mass mobilization; implement Resolution 25; well organize people reception, settle complaints and denunciations; build lean and efficient organizational apparatus in state agencies.
