The province has 118 active cooperatives

During the first 6 months of 2015, provincial Cooperatives Alliance cooperated with provincial Steering Committee of Collective economy renewal and development encouraged and established 8 new cooperatives. Total cooperatives number at the present is 118 with 56,537 members, charter capital of VND640. 746 billion. Among these, there were 25 cooperatives of transport sector; 28 agricultural ones; 10 handicraft ones; 13 construction ones; 32 trade ones; and 10 people's credit funds.

in the past 6 months, business operations of provincial cooperatives have developed, total revenue was estimated at VND449 billion. Cooperatives have created jobs for 2,551 employees with an average monthly income of VND 4 - 4.5 million/ person.
