Urban leverage stimulates real estate demands

Real estates in Binh Duong Province have been stirred up from the end of 2014 up to date. Such coming back, according to experts, has been thanks to the strong urban development in Binh Duong Province.

Busy transactions

Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee has implemented urban development program from 2010 to 2015 with vision to 2020 aiming for building up a strongly developed urban area in the major economic zone of the South. Up to date, the program has been effectively promotive to stimulate real estates demands with busy transactions of both accommodation floors and apartments.

At weekends, hundreds of buyers are welcome to projects of Biconsi, Becamex IJC, and Becamex TDC. Mr. Le Minh Duc from Binh Thanh District of Ho Chi Minh City, said: “By the mass media, we know that Thu Dau Mot City has been upgraded to Type 2 urban area while Ben Cat Town, Tan  Uyen Town, Thuan An Town, and Di An Town have become Type 4 urban areas. For the time to come, those urban areas will be developed further more; thus, I am planning to move my whole family here.”

As a buyer of 5 land lots at the cost of VND 6.5 billion at IJC@VSIP Urban Area, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dat, living in Ha Noi, said: “Binh Duong Province is a locality of fastest urban development. For me, in the near future, land in Binh Duong Province would increase in price. Thus, investment to land lots in Binh Duong Province would yield more benefits. In long-term, I would move my family here for living.”

Urban attraction

The efforts of building up Type 1 urban area out of Binh Duong Province before 2020 by local Party Committee, authority and people to bring up new appearance of Binh Duong Provincial urban area. Binh Duong New City of 1,000 hectares being accomplished ant major projects of IJC Aroma, TDC Plaza, and Sora Garden have created breakthroughs in real estates market.

Along with the strong development of Binh Duong New City, the urban areas of Thu Dau Mot city, Thuan An Town, Ben Cat Town Di An Town and Tan Uyen Town have been innovated in modern trends. Besides, the high riser projects have been constructed to change the architectural appearance of the province including Gouco Land, AEON Mall Binh Duong, Go Cat Service Zone, Cham Plaza, Green Square of Dong Hoa Ward in Di An Town, etc. The development is considered as breakthrough of Binh Duong urban area contributing to the beautifying of the urban areas to improve value of real estates.

Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Director of Tac Dat Tac Vang Real Estates Corporation, asserted that opportunities have opened up real estates transaction. The fast urbanization for the time to come would enable strong development of real estates market in Binh Duong Province.
