The province to keep assisting businesses 

On June 9^th, Mr. Tran Van Nam, Chairman of PPC, chaired the meeting summarizing results of implementing policies assisting damaged enterprises. Assisting team and damaged businesses in the province, leaders of departments and sectors attended the meeting.

According to Department of Finance, 6 damaged businesses were exempted from rent fees of land, assets in 2014 with total value of VND6.873 billion. Currently, Department of Finance assesses 4 files with total value of VND2.5 billion. Regarding expenditures from reserve fund of provincial budget, the department fulfilled procedures to transfer the support amount to 4/6 damaged businesses for land, facility leasing with total value of VND2.652 billion. Remaining businesses are providing account numbers for transferring. Regarding loan package of VND1,000 billion, up to now, total contracted loans was VND153.8 billion. Regarding interest rate support from provincial budget, Department of Finance disbursed VND248 million to support one enterprise.

Mr. Tran Van Nam concluded, the province commended efforts of assisting team, damaged businesses, departments and sectors. He also asked sectors to continue to support businesses to offset consequences of damage.
