Viet Cuong Ltd’s Youth Sub-Union in Binh Chuan commune, Thuan An district made debut on Nov. 7 with the participation of 57 members. This is the district’s second youth sub-union established in non-state companies in 2010. Right at the ceremony, the newly-established youth sub-union promulgated urban civilized lifestyle for its members.

Luong Minh Tan, the district Youth Union secretary, said the entire district has had 30 sub-societies for young workers at boarding houses. In the coming time, the district youth union will keep promoting establishment of youth sub-societies in foreign businesses and fostering activities bounding for young workers.
