Thuan An town has 54 cooperatives, cooperative groups

In 2017, Thuan An town Collective economic Steering Committee implemented guidelines and policies on continuing to innovate, develop and improve the efficiency of the key economic sectors to develop sustainable economic growth. In the last year, the town established 7 new cooperative groups, bringing the total number to 35 cooperative groups and 11 affiliated groups with nearly 460 members. The town has now 19 cooperatives.

According to the Steering Committee, despite of difficulties, cooperative groups and cooperatives in the area gradually overcame difficulties to operate efficiently. Party committees, the authorities paid attention to, gave directions and assigned cadres to help cooperative groups and cooperatives exploit available resources and expand production.
