Representatives of laborers in Tan Uyen District just met up with district’s leaders and involved agencies and units to concentrate on measures of making a better life for working people. Questions are raised at the meeting Hundreds of laborers working for 12 enterprises in Tan Uyen District have raised up opinions and proposals on security, living facilities, power and water price, social welfare, personal income tax, and other issues in healthcare and education.Responding to the inquires, leaders of the Labor Union, Tan Uyen Police Department, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Transport, Department of Construction, Department of Education, Department of Health, Department of Social Insurance, Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Federation of Trade Unions, and Tan Uyen People’s Committee have explained and clarified the matters including water and electricity prices, selling prices of social security apartments, constructions of private and vocational schools for children of the laborers.Most of the inquiries were elaborated in details helping the laborers themselves and the Labor Unions of companies to understand the matters better.
