Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment's Inspectorate continued to coordinate with other departments and branches to perform administrative procedure reform; review and advise on amendment, supplementation or annulment of regulations that are inappropriate, contrary to the law, causing troubles and cost increases for citizens and businesses.

The Department actively developed and organized the implementation of plans to specify central and local regulations on improving the business investment environment; continued to propose solutions to improve PAR Index of the department; Provincial Governance and Public Administration Efficiency Index; developed a plan to implement "Friendly government, friendly workplace".
