Early 22, the inspection team of Standing Committee of Provincial People’s Council has a site survey of practical implementation of laws on anti-corruption in State’s land and construction management in communes of Tan Dinh, Thoi Hoa, Tru Van Tho, My Phuoc Townlet, Group of Public Administrative Profession, Office of Urban Management, and Office of Natural Resources and Environment of Ben Cat District. Accordingly, the team concentrated on surveying the information dissemination and education of anti-corruption, the profession allocation, code of conduct of officers and cadres, the granting of land-use right and construction license, and especially breaches of competent officers and authorities.After listening to reports of the units and reviewing some matters, the team evaluated high achievements made by Ben Cat District by defining responsibility for limitation and problems to ensure law enforcement of anti-corruption in terms of land and construction management in the district.On the same day, the team did the same procedures in Di An Town. As reported by Di An Town People’s Council, the information dissemination and education of anti-corruption in terms of land and construction management have been fully implemented in strict manner; however, breaches remained flourished in illegally constructed residential areas.In Di An Town, the team visited Tan Dong Hiep Ward doing the same survey on land administrative and constructive procedures.Reported by T.
