New technologies and machines are now brought to Bach Dang Commune of Tan Uyen District to increase planting yields and create new appearance of rural area. It is not in the season but the pamelo garden of Mr. Duong Van Minh yields the best fruit for the market In recent years, Mr. Ho Tan Loi has bought anew a combined harvester at the cost of VND 400 from his own pocket and State’s loans at VND 90 million.“Traditional production of rice is a hard work requiring more laborers with fewer collection. By combining all procedures, the farm yields shall be 3 to 4 times higher,” said Mr. Ho Tan Loi.His production model also created jobs to tens of local laborers bringing up averagely VND 150 million a year. Meanwhile, thanks to mechanical work, farmers are more confident in farming.The application of machinery work on farm has been more effective than traditional methods.With over 10 years of experience in Bach Dang islet, Mr. Duong Van Minh residing at Dieu Hoa Hamlet knew to himself that knowledge and application of technology would be the key to success.
